1. Scope and Application

These Terms of Sale govern all offers, purchases, and deliveries made through our online store www.vcolorlenses.com. By completing a purchase, the customer fully accepts the terms set out in this document.

2. Purchase Process and Order Confirmation

 The presentation of products on our website constitutes an invitation to purchase.

 The purchase contract is formed once payment is approved by the financial intermediary and order confirmation is sent to the customer's email address.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

 All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment is finalized.

4. Availability and Cancellations

 All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of unavailability after ordering, the customer will be contacted immediately and fully refunded.

 The customer may request cancellation of the order at no additional cost as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
