Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Times and Costs

Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Orders above the free shipping promotion threshold are exempt from shipping fees.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (14 days)

Under European consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of the product.

⚠️ 3. Hygiene and Health Exception (very important)

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU:

• Returns or exchanges of contact lenses whose packaging, boxes, blisters or protective seals have been opened, broken or handled after delivery are not accepted.
• For strict reasons of health protection and hygiene, we only accept returns of products in their original factory packaging, fully sealed and showing no sign of use.

4. Procedure for Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a proven manufacturing defect or one damaged in transit:

1. Do not use the product.
2. Email our support team within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the product and of the batch number on the packaging.
3. Once the defect has been verified and approved, we will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund of the amount paid.
