Overview — This website is operated by V. Color Lenses, reachable at support@vcolorlenses.com. We sell and deliver to all Member States of the European Union.

General Terms and Use of Contact Lenses — The lenses sold are cosmetic products with no vision correction (plano, 0.00). The customer declares having basic knowledge of handling and hygiene of contact lenses and having previously consulted an optometrist or ophthalmologist. V. Color Lenses is not liable for infections, irritation, or eye damage resulting from lack of hygiene, prolonged wear beyond the recommended duration, incorrect application, or unsuitable solution.

Accuracy of Information and Prices — Displayed colors may vary depending on the natural tone of the iris and lighting. Prices in euros (EUR); customers outside the eurozone may be subject to currency conversion. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments and Security — Transactions are processed through encrypted, secure platforms. We do not store banking or card data.

Geographic Scope and Applicable Law — Consumer rights (including the 14-day withdrawal period and the hygiene exception) arise from Directive 2011/83/EU and apply equally to all EU customers. Regardless of V. Color Lenses' country of establishment, the consumer always retains the protection of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence (EC Regulation No. 593/2008 — Rome I).

Dispute Resolution — The consumer may first contact us at support@vcolorlenses.com so that we can try to resolve any complaint, and may also refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes or to the competent courts, in accordance with applicable law.
