Refund policy

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract. Hygiene exception: returns of lenses whose packaging, blister, or seal have been opened after delivery are not accepted — we only accept returns in original, sealed, and intact packaging, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect. Defective product: contact us by email within 48 hours, with photos of the product and batch, for a replacement or full refund.
