This website is operated by V. Color Lenses. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to V. Color Lenses. By visiting our website and/or purchasing our products, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

V. Color Lenses has a team dedicated to order handling and customer support, available by email at support@vcolorlenses.com. We sell and deliver to all Member States of the European Union. Exact availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

2. General Conditions and Use of Contact Lenses

• Cosmetic Use: The lenses sold on our website are cosmetic products with no vision correction (plano 0.00).
• User Responsibility: The customer declares that they have basic knowledge of handling and cleaning contact lenses and that they have previously consulted an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
• Disclaimer for Misuse: V. Color Lenses accepts no liability for infections, irritation or eye damage resulting from poor hygiene, wearing beyond the recommended time, incorrect insertion or the use of unsuitable solutions.

3. Accuracy of Information and Prices

We make every effort to display the colours of our lenses accurately. However, the final colour result on the eyes varies depending on the natural shade of the user’s iris and the ambient lighting.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). For customers outside the euro area, the amount charged may be subject to currency conversion and any fees applied by your card issuer.

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Payments and Security

All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment platforms. We do not store your bank or credit card details.

5. Geographic Scope and Applicable Law

The consumer rights described in these Terms — including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the related hygiene exception — derive from Directive 2011/83/EU and apply identically to all customers in the European Union, regardless of their country of residence.

Regardless of the country in which V. Color Lenses is established, consumers always retain the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their own country of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may first contact us at support@vcolorlenses.com so that we can try to resolve any complaint. The consumer may also refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes or to the competent courts, in accordance with applicable law.
